Our talented staff inspects every order for quality and craftsmanship during the production process and prior to shipping.

Here at Photo Marché, we’re committed to excellent customer service and we care deeply about your satisfaction. 

If your print product has a defect or has any damage, please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing with:

  1. Your name

  2. A detailed description of the problem

  3. Your order number

  4. Some pictures of the issue

  5. Condition of the shipping box

We will cover the return shipping cost for defective products, by emailing you the return shipping slip. When we receive your defective return, we will happily exchange it for you with another brand new item or we will issue you a full refund upon your request.


Please understand that Photo Marché is not responsible for customer ordering errors or if you changed your mind. Please review your orders carefully before placing them. Undefective returns are shipped back at the customer's expense and will incur a 7% restocking fee.

We collect your personal information in order to serve you with our products. This includes all stages of the production including printing your artwork and managing your orders. We never use, share or sell any of your information to any organization or individual. We take our user's privacy to the highest importance and utmost protection.
